My Publix in Locust Grove, GA says they will only take Ingle's and Kroger as competitor coupons. Thats really dissapointing because both of those stores use their "loyalty cards" for their customers to get discounts.

According to my Publix Ass't Store Manager, corporate suggests stores consider traditional grocery stores in a 5 mile radius as a competitor. So if Kroger and Ingles are the only supermarkets that meet that criteria, then yes....you won't have much luck. I've found that several Publix stores in my part of GA go well beyond this accepting Food Lion IPs which is great.

My publix takes BJ's coupons - which I use often on diapers!

Yes, you can use the FLIP if your store accepts Food Lion q's as competitor, but you can't stack it with a Publix q since they are both store coupons.

I have a question, still new to this, I've learned how to collect coupons and wait to use them until the items are on sale, now I'm trying to learn how to "stack" them..

I was looking at the weekly post of the Publix ad with coupon matchups tonight. This week at Publix, the Morningstar burger patties are BOGO, I printed the $1/1 manufacturer coupon, and I noticed a "Target IP" for $2/2 was also listed.. Can I use a manufacturer coupon and this Target web coupon together?

Assuming your Publix location considers target a competitor, then yes, you'd want to buy 2 Morningstar and you could use 1 target Q along with 2 MQs. That equates to $2 off each purchase of morningstar.....which would be cheap given it's BOGO.

Stacking Qs is pretty straightforward in that Publix counts competitor Qs as store Qs and they let you use 1 store and 1 manu Q per item purchased. Sometimes this stacking can result in an overage meaning the purchase price of the item is less than the Qs value. When this happens store policy will dictate if your Publix location gives you the overage to spend in that same transaction or if they mark down the store Q so that the 2 Qs match the price of the item. Either way, it's a good deal.

Does Publix accept military commissary coupons as competitor? I tried searching through but couldn't find the answer, and wanted to see if anyone had any luck with this. Thanks!

Not as far as I know, but if you have a store that is near a Military base or Commissary, you may want to discuss the possibility with your Store Manager.
