I always use the Albertson's "Buy One Get 2 Free" with no problem at Publix. I only have to pay for the most expensive item regardless of the price.

For example I had a coupon for Sirloin Steaks, I paid $4.97 and got the $4.21 and the $4.57 for free.

I noticed a few of you mentioned using Target coupons. Are you saying that we can use the printable Target coupons at Publix? That would be way cool. I wonder if my Publix takes them? We have 4 Publix here, so maybe I should call them all to find out.

Thanks for your time.

I have had success using target printables at my publix. I asked at CS, the employee said "no." He then checked with the manager and he said "yes." So the CS guy and the manager came to find me in the store to tell me I could indeed use them. That is just another reason why I love Publix!

If I were to use a Target q at Publix, would I combine it with a manu q or a Publix q?

Consider the Target coupon like a Publix coupon. You could combine it with a manufacturer's coupon, but not a Publix coupon.

I'm sorry, one more question. Can I combine a publix q with a formula (similac) check for let's say, $5.

Any Florida Publix users. I was told at Tarpon Springs Publix that they only accept supermarket competitors meaing, Albertsons, Winn Dixie, U-Save (which the entertainment book has one for each month worth $5 each) and Food Lion, Sweetbay. They do not accept CVS, Walgreens, Wal-Mart etc. even if the item is a grocery item.

But please clarify about using a Publix q with a manufacturers q.

Uh oh...I have competition!

I've had loads of trouble with this Publix and the Target Q's. Some managers say yes, some say no; it's getting quite old. I'm tempted to write a letter or even demand to speak with the general manager and get final clarification on these Q's. At least then I'd know whether to scout out another Publix.

I am quite surprised that they accept Food Lion, though. With as much grief as I get from that store I didn't even want to try.

As for the Publix Q in combination with a manufacturer Q, they are quite good about that. You can use both on one item, and by Publix Q, that means Publix, or any other store type Q.
