Publix: Strawberries 4 for $5.00

Just got back from Publix and they have strawberries 4 for $6. $1.25 each is a great price and they are very tasty. I'm in S. Fl and don't know if its just local or not, I didn't see any mention in the sales ad or posts.

I was in there today and got some and mine were 4 for $5.00 still making them $1.25 each. I guess the 6 was a mistype??
I am in Clearwater Florida if that helps. But yes I about passed out when I saw how cheap they were.

Awesome. They are sooooo yummy right now! I was hoping they'd still be 1.25 since we've already finished the strawberries I bought for the pound cake/cool whip deal. Thanks for posting!

Thanks for the heads up. I like to buy them when they are this price and freeze them. I slice, add a little sugar, and put into a ziploc bag. Then when they aren't in season, we have fresh strawberries

same price here in orlando, fl. i even heard on the news this a.m. that strawberries are cheap everywhere b/c of the freeze we had and farmers are trying to get rid of what they do have left.

It is a great price. I went last Friday and was able to use the 1.75 off wyb Sara Lee poundcake, they still had the peelies for $1 off cool whip, and I still had Sara Lee $1 off coupons too. So I got all 3 for 0.39!!
