It's dead. The Free Swiffer refill wyb starter kit (2/7 P&G) expired 3/31/10.

Too bad I didn't buy any, but for anyone who got $20 in REFILLS get a $10 Rewards card here. Date is for purchases between April 1 and June 30. As far as I know it has to be on one receipt.
