DD3 Publix: Overage on Yoplait Greek Yogurt

Has anyone used the free Publix store coupon from Sundays paper along with the 30 cent manuf coupon from Coupons.com.

The free coupon does say one per person so you can only do this once but that would give you 30 cents overage if you use both coupons.

Where are you getting this MQ that is B1G1F for Yoplait Greek Yogurt? Was it a home mailer or something? I didnt see anything in the database so that is why I am asking. I did try to find it on my own. Sorry

Thanks Nicky

I'm with you. I'm not comfortable with the idea of stacking on a free item coupon just for overage. It just feels scammy or something to me, even if it's perfectly okay with the store. I stopped in my favorite Publix last night to pick one up to try and the shelf was empty.

I did it las Sun- used Free PQ and MQ for .60c MM! (.30 doubled). But I guess with another cashier it may be NO GO :). Oh well. I will try again since I do one at the time-so the Free PQ limits but it is good until 4/4/2010! I see greek yogurt in my future!

yeah- just not worth it to me- esp since I like to fly below the radar

The stocker at my store yesterday said the warehouse is actually out and that my storte should have them on Thursday. Apparently, they have not been selling and everything was out of date so they needed new stock :P Guess they did not quite get their new order lined up right for this coupon

I thought was in a Sunday insert pretty recently- I cannot find it googling it though (all the hits are for the PQ) and I already clipped it so am not sure when. It is remotely possible that it came from the Atlanta Evening Edge cause the inserts are sometimes a little different from the sunday inserts but I would have picked up more of my neighbors unwanted EE papers if that had been the case

According to posts in this thread:
Publix Printable- Free Yogurt & $1off Choc Cheerios

the Q was either in the 28th inserts or the 7th inserts:shrug7:

For those of you that have not been able to find them, you aren't missing anything. I just tried my first one this morning and I actually had to look to make sure it wasn't out of date (the date was March 31st). I love Oikos and some flavors of Chobani but this was not good. I will say it did fill me up all morning with those 12 grams of protein!

yes, you can do this and it's within the store policy of allowing one mq and one store q per item. It will vary however, if your store does not allow overage.
I do not think there's anything wrong with doing this at all. The store gets reimbursed full face value on the mq and they get reimbursed a percentage for the store coupon (depending on the deal with the maker of the yogurt). So the store is not losing out. :) The manufacturer knows all these coupons are out and they do it intentionally because they WANT us to take them for free in hopes we will love it and keep buying it full price when there aren't coupons for it.
