Duplicate Receipts

Hello!
I went to publix today and I bought seafood for a rebate and my 3 olay's for the rebate. I meant to ask for a duplicate receipt and forgot because the cashier was sooooo slow and there was a line starting to really back up on me (even though several people had 10 items or less and there were (2) 10 items or less lanes open):hectic1: Is there anyway I can go back with my receipt and get a duplicate now after the fact? If not no biggie. TIA!

Yes, you can go back and get another receipt but they will have to print it in the office and it is on regular printer paper so I don't know if they will accept it.

You could take the Olay back and return it, then buy it back on another receipt if you need to!

Be careful about using a duplicate receipt for some rebates. A while ago, I was refused a rebate because it wasn't the "original" receipt. I called them to tell them that this was just another "original" receipt but they said it had "duplicate" on it and I was refused. Now I only get a duplicate for my rebate records. Has anyone else had a rebate refused with a duplicate receipt? :sad:

I have done a ton of rebates using duplicate receipts from Publix and I have never had one refused for that reason. I am so sorry that was your experience!
