Some Publix stores will take grocery competitor's coupons. I regularly use Albertson's, Food Lion, Winn Dixie, Target and I've been told you can use Sweetbay too.

I love Publix and save a ton even though I don't live in the land of double coupons!!!

Where in FL are you? I am in Ft. lauderdale and the stores here don't take competitors coupons, but I am moving to Apollo Beach. I am hoping the stores in that area will take competitors. They are building a sweetbay near the already existing Publix and WD.

I'm in Lakeland and multiple stores have ok'd competitor coupons. You might want to check with corporate - they are very eager to please.

I am in Fort Lauderdale, after seeing how active this Publix thread is I'll start trying to stop by regularly.Did anyone else keep going to Publix last month to grab more of the various coupon booklets they had???

I just organized them to see what exactly I had...and woohoo, one had a coupon for $2off malox, just what I needed at cvs!

Anyways the booklets I am stilling keeping for use are;
-"hike over savings publix"(red and pink)
-"fuel for school,work,and play"(yellow)
-heinz "toss4cash"
-huricane preperation
-personal concierge sweepstakes
-nolvartis products

Love the $1off coupons for;Liption tea, hood milk, dove barsoap, jimmydean sausage

Winn Dixie has a $10 off $50 coupon this week. I love that my Publix accepts competitor coupons. Off to Publix.

You might want to check the expiration dates on those books.

I went shopping on Saturday - I am still learning all the tricks of the trade. Mostly I need to get a handle on the organization side of all the coupons. Anyway, I spent $87.14 - saved $57.21. I thought that was pretty good.

That's a savings of 40%. Definitely something to be proud of! Almost $60 is nothing to sneeze at.

You'll see your out of pocket costs go down over time as you build a stockpile and figure out what system works for you. Have you seen the Tips on Organizing thread?

Just completed a two day marathon at Publix. Decided to create a RAOK contest to celebrate with some pretty neat prizes. I can't seem to get my computer to link this post to it but it's called a Thanksgiving RAOK in the RAOK section kinda under trading.Hope you'll join in on the fun.
