edite because I forgot about the 6 pouches of idahoan potatoes I got also. We love those!

I love publix. I'm going to do the $3 scotch/narnia rebate too so $3 back eventually!

Today I spent $14.82 and saved $50.68.

Thanks to the overage on the martha white (I had 5 of the $.55/2 q's left -- yay for dumpster diving!), Tylenol (overage was only .01 each), and College Inn broth (6) -- oh, and I had a free idahoan q to go with the BOGO.

Before HCW, I can remember 2 times that I saved more than I spent. Since then, I think I've had 2 times when I didn't save more than I spent. Both of those times I was accompanied by my DH... He's more impatient while shopping than the kids!

Gosh I did a huge shopping yesterday! Total before coupons was $181.23 and after was $66.87. And I grabbed the $6.99 Bayers instead of the $3.xx ones by accident so it should have been $6 less. Here is my huge rundown of what I got

Had to pick up an Rx- dr called it in to the Pharamacy, since they had no openings in his office and I couldn't wait until Monday to see him. Decided to pick up a couple of the deals while I was there-College Inn Broth and 10 of the muffins, plus odds and ends for dinner and some cranberry juice (to help so I don't die before the Rx kicks in!)

1st Stop, pharmacy- woo hoo! Dr called in one of the FREE antibiotics! No office vist $, and now no charge Rx!!!

Wander thru the store, hit check out with goodies- Ended up paying $11.01, with saving of $56!!!

It's funny that you ask. Because there is an excellent recipe using Martha White cornbread muffin mix (hahaha) for ham and cheese cornbread supreme in the 11/9 RP next to where those .55 q's were!

Sorry I don't remember all the details but last night I got a buggy full of stuff - Martha White, Crisco spray, Revlon, Cover Girl, Sundown Fish Oil, etc. etc. I also picked up milk bread and 3 things of ice cream for my folks. After several transactions and lots of coupons, I ended up spending $22 of which my folks reimbursed $12.

Sorry such a long story.

I went by Publix tonight for a healthy dinner (haha). A deli chicken, 2 foot longs and 2 bags of yummy chips. My total was $28.

Hmmm.... buggy FULL of stuff for $22 or 5 items for $28 !

It was nice to be reminded of an AHA moment I had two years ago when I first started mega couponing.
