I get that often, but for me it comes from taxable things that have overages from coupons. I suppose it wouldn't be noticed if I lived in a state that taxed food or if I purchased other taxed items at the same time.

I had the best time tonight! I broke the $50 mark in coupons for the first time, had a total of @101 before Q's and after I was at $24 dollars - total savings of @223 dollars - receipt tape was huge! Sorry, I am not typing the whole thing but I got 4 BOGO trix yogurts, 2 large bags of full price baked lays, 8 bags of FREE bliss, 5 more ($2.oo overage) lamisils, and lots of other things. I found tear pad heaven, did minimal Kraft things because I just don't have any more room, and got $10 overage from Lamisil!!! I love how easily Publix does Q's - no problems, no looking at each item, just scanning and entering the price if necessary! And I got some things (30 of them) I needed for my swiffer sticky picker upper I use in my classroom on the clearance thing for .25 - so I am happy! What a night! .13 at CVS for 7 items and massive fun at Publix!

Today I went to publix and in a clearance cart I found 2 boxes of Shout Wipes marked 2/$2.19, I had a Publix $2/2 shout products Q so it was only $0.19 for boxes

Then they had Shout trigger spray bottles bogo $2.89 each so I got 4 total and used 2 of the $2/2 Q's. I was pretty proud of myself

I bought eight bottles of the trigger spray. (My DS has to wear white and light blue colored polo shirts as part of his school uniform. You know how hard that is to keep up with?) The cashier looked at my coupons and said "if you keep this up, I'm gonna owe you money!"
