I have been couponing for more than a year now. Today was my best Publix day yet....spent $50.46 my "savings at Publix" $224.22. I live in South Florida so that is without doubles. Thank you so much.......
Here is South FL we don't have double coupons any place...also my Publix is an A rated store (basically means the highest prices) so best I can do is combine B1G1's with great coupons. Had to good trip today...saved 73.10 off of my 150.00 bill....but the best is
4 boxes of Uncle Bens rice for a total price of .29!!! I love that!
I wish that I could do as well as you ladys...but down here it is a real challange!

I got 10 bags of Dove chocolate, 7 bags of Friskies cat chow, a retractable mouse with a USB cable, two bags of steamfresh veggies, and two packs of sausages (like brautwurst) for 19.xx, and I saved over 60.xx off of the grand total.... I wish I could have gotten some real food though!

Wow! Thats a huge savings!! Tell us what q's use used??? I am getting ready to go this weekend....maybe I will have a great run also!
Today was my best day yet...I paid 36.29 and saved 97.67! My OOP could have been less but I splurged on a few items and of course had to get the weekly milk, eggs and produce (I can never find many Q's for these--anyone have any suggestions??)
I also hit Kroger and spent 25.88 (saved 64.27) I even got our Easter ham--I paid all of $4 for a 10+ lb Smithfield ham...woo hoo!
Before coming to this site--I averaged $250 a week in groceries... I am doing a happy dance that I spent $62 this week--epecially since much of that $62 is stockpile stuff. Right now I have enough stuff on hand for at least 3 weeks of meals!
Thanks to all for the help/suggestions!
One week here at HCW, been collecting q's about a month seriously, and finally I am seeing pay dirt. this is nothing compared to what ya'll are saving, but for me - it is awesome. I know it is gonna get even better as I accumulate and stockpile.
Total: $156
Savings: $90
OOP: $66
