You may want to speak to the store manager, my understanding is that that policy has changed, they are supposed to take them now.

[quote=mommasbabydaddysmaybe;1940265]The $5/$35 Publix coupon was home mailer from about 2 weeks ago, it expired 8/12 and the Winn-Dixie coupon was from a home mailer.[/quote

Hi. Can you tell me what type of home mailer it is? Did you sign up for this? Thanks so much.

Default Re: My great shopping trip at Publix!- Post your brags here

My dh has been unemployed for 2.5 weeks now, so I am upping my coupon game!
I spent $8.64 at publix, and saved $54.43.

I got-
8 boxes of kelloggs poptarts (used 4 man coups and 8 target coupons)
3 boxes of hot pockets (used 3 $.50/1 coupons)
2 bottle of louanna canola oil (48 oz, bogo)
3 jars of mount olive pickles (1 was bogo, other 2 reg price- used 3 $.50/1 coups)
8 dole mandarin orange bowls (used 3 $.75/2 from the paper, and 1 $1/2 from a mag)
2 boxes of dog bones (bogo, plus $2.50/2 coup)

I also used a $5/$30 coupon Publix mailed to me.

The people behind me were annoyed until one of them peered around at the screen, and saw how much I saved (lol).

I have enough coups to get 6 more poptarts free, and there is a $1/2 dole fruit bowls man coup in the sept issue of "Good Housekeeping" (just came in the mail yesterday). I also have 3 more hot pockets coups- so tomorrow I can get my penny item:)

I was told that publix policy is to refuse any internet coupon for any "free" item, even a bogo coupon, bc of fraudulent coupons:(

But, a sweet Publix bagger went out of her way to tell me that publix coups can always be used w/ a man coupon- even the ones that say "cannot be used in conjuction with any other coupon", quote-"if it has a publix code, it can be used with a manufacture coupon.".

If you had done 2 more Pop Tarts you could have done the "Fuel for School" rebate. Publix: Kelloggs: "Fuel for School" is back! for a $10.00 rebate. Maybe you could return them and buy 2 more, all on the same receipt.

Im sorry I havent been on much after I posted that. You can ask the cashier to print multiple receipts right after your first receipt prints. HTH!

Hey there, I actually had this same problem. But then I got smart and started thinking about it a little more. Its not a "FREE" item, you have to spend $100 dollars (even if it is before coupons ;)) with them BEFORE you get the free milk!! Its not totally free. So after I got home the other night. I called back up to my Publix and spoke with the manager. I told him the situation, and he agreed with me! He said I could bring my receipt in and get my money back on the milk. I took it back up there and they paid me, plus I got the 1/2 gal chocolate milk! Try calling your manager and tell them the situation! It might help!

I tried explaining exactly that but they weren't buying... maybe I need to speak to an actual manager
