Today:

1- Pampers Cruisers $19.99 big box - I prefer the baby dry but they were out. Lost out on 20 diapers buying these!!!
8 - J&J First Aid products (3 @1.99, 5 @ 1.79)
1- Benadryl ready mist
8 - McCormick grinders - Who cleaned out all the italian?? :sad:
2 - Chips Ahoy cookies
2 - Capri Sun

Used:
WD 10/50
3 - 5/3 Publix Q's for the first aid/benedryl
4 - 3/2 J&J Products
1 - 1/1 benadryl product
8 - 1/1 spice Q
2 - 2/2 Cookie/capri sun
1 - 2/1 Pampers Q

Final Total: 5.10 (1.67 of it was tax)
Total Savings: 64.95

I feel like such a FAILURE! I've gotten too spoiled lately, so anything over $4 is depressing me!

Wow! I get excited when I spend 40, and save 110! I need to get on top of things!

sidenote- my publix wont let me use any store $/$$ before coupons.. :shrug7:

I got two more gas cards which messed up my normal low oop's, but other than those two cards, I had 100% savings. I'll list the items below, but keep in mind my oop includes two $50 gas cards. :)
Interestingly, I discovered that the gas cards are being limited to two per person (with the original coupon). I don't believe there was a limit on them when the original ad came out, so that's kind of messed up, but I was able to get the two I wanted, so no big deal. I had planned on one with some overage, but the other I decided spur of the moment, so it upped my oop. I could have gotten more overage, but I didn't want to use up all my good q's. I also had an odd thing happen- for the second transaction, my last coupon scanned was for the Bic Mechanical pencils. It was a $.50/1 coupon and I had two of them, the first one scanned and automatically doubled. When the second one scanned, it automatically doubled, but instead of taking off $.50, it took off $.26. (huh?) The pencils were $1 so it wasn't like it was doubling up to product sale price. It was weird. manager finally just scanned it again (so I got an additional $.76 off my total), and said don't worry about it. Very odd.

Total oop: $70.38 (remember, $100 in gas cards)
Total savings: $252.28 (72%)
{not including the second gas card I threw in, my savings would have been 92%}
{If I had not bought either gas card, my savings would have been 100%}

sorry, just saw this- depending on what county I shop in, food tax ranges from 7.5% to 9%, generally the store I shop at is 8.25%

I do miss the GA 5% sales tax!

Only had 4 kinds- chocolate, strawberry , butter pecan and oreo .
Only got 4 today, no room in freezers for any more , yet , but working on it.

Skippy peanut butter 12oz , new size in my store , wasn't there last week .
$1 -.75 coup = .25 a jar.

Did the unilever q's beep at wal-mart? I tried them a week ago and they beeped and they would not take them.

They beeped for me. It's a crap shoot. Depends on the cashier if they take them or not. I was handed them back just last night. So I am lucky if they adjust the travel sized items and key the q's.
