Gotcha - your wording was kind of weird at first, and you are definitely lucky that they do let you keep the overage. On my last shopping trip [not that I'm complaining], every little bit of overage was slashed down to the last cent... Good for you!!!

I've never had my overage taken from me at Publix, but I also don't try to get 10 things that give overage at once to keep under the radar. I went to 6 Publix's yesterday just to keep as far under the radar as possible.

Thanks! My kids were sooo sooo sooo good. I haven't shopped with them in a while and I was so proud of them. Of course I let DD talk me out of a $6 barbie at one Publix and I took them to Toysrus and let them pick out a book each (I had a $3 off coupon that was expiring). Then we dressed as cows and went and had a free dinner. It was great!

Yes, I agree she did great. All of my overage was taken at one Publix store yesterday too. Every a-1 manq was adjusted down to retail price 1.44. My raid, adjusted. My reach floss, adjusted.
I never buy more than 4 to 6 of something and then it's different flavors varieties.
Point is if you find a good store that plays nice - stick with them.
If you don't have a store that plays nice - hunt until you do!
