Publix: 5/10/07 - 5/16/07 (5/9/07 - 5/15/07 in some areas)

My advice to you is to go to the Customer Service Desk and ask flat out.
Most of the Publix's in our area take all grocery competitor Q's, Winn-Dixie, Albertsons, even Food Lion. If they say yes, then you just refer the cashier to the desk if they have a question. Many times the cashiers just don't know that they are allowed to take them.

I was nervous too, till I asked the manager of the store if they accept coups from target, she said "since they now sell groceries, yes they would glady accept coups from target." So I guess, just go ask and then enjoy!

true true.. then I don't have to worry that she won't take it and all.. I want to figure out a good deal on those smart ones for my mom.. she does weight watchers .. .. now she just needs to learn to coupon.. LOL

Anyone in central florida tried using a food lion coup? That is one i've never tried since the nearest Food lion is around 35 miles away.

has anyone EVER had a prob using the target coupons at publix? kinda nervous to try that... any encouragement?? LOL

Mine use to take them but stopped. I was told that they do not consider ST or SW a competitor as they are not grocery specific. So I am one that can not use them.

Same here and I'm in Georgia..

however..i am able to use FL coupons even tho most are 30miles +

Nope never have since don't have any FL's near by.

I was told by an ass't manager at a Lakeland, FL store that they will take Winn Dixie, Sweetbay/Kash-n-Karry, Albertson's and Food Lion but not Target, Wal-Mart, K-Mart, drug stores, etc.

We don't have a Food Lion within 50 miles according to their web site and when I tried to get their loyalty card, it appeared you had to print out the application and take it in the store to get one.
