Publix Satisfaction Survey

My Publix receipt had an offer at the bottom to call in and answer a satisfaction survey for a chance to win $1,000 in Publix Gift Cards. There were a bazillion questions (okay maybe it just felt that way since I was in a rush when I called and didn't expect so many questions). Ironically, there is no survey code # to enter so I wonder if I can enter multiple times. The receipt said see customer service counter for official rules but they didn't seem to even know about the survey.

Anyway....wanted everyone to keep their eyes out for a chance to win $1,000. Only the first 125 surveys from each store will be eligible to win so you got set odds. Survey ends 3/31/10 or when 125 surveys for the store are received.

Got this the other day...actually did it while watching the superbowl. Didn't expect so many questions either. They dont ask for code, but they do ask for phone number.
Not worth going in more than once...if it is meant to be it will be with one entry...would be bad karma IMO

I have yet to see any documented terms and conditions so it's hard to say if it's just one winner for all entries or one winner per store. My initial thought was one winner per store but I don't think that is correct anymore (just my hunch). There are appox 1,000 stores participating so my guess is that it is one winner overall...and if every store gets the max 125 entries, then your chance would be one in 125,000. Here's the exact text form the receipt (retyped by me)....though I left out the tele number and store number. Aside from what appears below (and the fact that it is limited to one entry per household), I don't know anything about it since my store's customer service knew nothing about the details (rules) of the survey.

The manager was ringing up at the check lane over from me and I heard her tell the person checking out, as she was handing her the receipt, to call in and enter the survey at the bottom of the receipt she got- but I didn't get one on my receipt. :(

I got one of those last summer but never heard back from anybody. And you're right that was a LONG survey.
