Can I combine the Flip with the $.55/1 Publix instant oatmeal from the "Fall Traditions" flyer (it's for Publix band but the coupon clearly says at the top "Manufacture's Coupon-Expires 12/31/09"

I have the .55 cpn from Fall Traditions and I would say it is a manufacturers cpn with a Publix logo on it. I think you should be able to use the FLIP with the Fall Traditions cpn.
