confused about coupons

Can someone help me, I read on a few websites and heard from some friends as well that I CAN combine the coupons that are in the Publix One stop booklet with MQ coupons, is that correct?? I was under the impression that the ones in the booklet are MQ even tho they stated redeem at Publix only and there fore I was not able to use a MQ with them, now if they would have a LU# then they are "true" publix Cp's and I will be able to use them with a MQ. So I'm a bit confused about the Redeem at Publix only if we can combine them or not, I was looking for the dog treat ones and hate to miss the deal if I can do it bef. they expire.. Please any help would be great.. Thanks..

That booklet has a combination of mfrs and Publix store coupons. If they start with 5 or 9, they are mfr coupons and can't be used along with any other mfrs. If they have LU#'s they are Publix store coupons and may be stacked with a mfr coupon.
