Publix: Dr. Pepper 2L Possible MM scenario

Dr. Pepper 2L ARE included in our stores here in Volusia County @ 5/$5! I have the MQs for $1/2 from a tearpad, and I think I have come up with a good MM scenario:

Buy 8 DP 2L = $8
- $6 PQ (from "Pre-Game Savings" Adv Buy flyer for $2/3 x 2)
-$4 (MQ found on tearpad in convenience stores for $1/2 x 4)
-$1 (FLIP x 1 since I can only print one FLIP)

= I think it's a $3 MM if this scenario works! I figured the Publix Qs cover 6 of the 8 bottles, the FLIP covers the other 2, and the MQs cover all 8.

Someone correct me if I've miscalculated

This would work.

If you add one more bottle, you could use one more $2/3 coupon and make it a $4 MM.

Also, if your Publix does not take FLIP coupons, buy 6, don't use the FLIP or mone of the MQ and it will still be a $3 MM.

thanks for the reply! I thought about buying in quantities of 9 so as to be able to use another $2/3, but that would make the Publix Q cover all 9 bottles, so I couldn't use the FLIP. I guess it's a wash, and works well that way for stores that don't accept FLIPS. My stores don't allow FLIPs & PQs, so it would still be a $3 mm.

Only seeing this as a $1 moneymaker for you , when buying 8 or 9

Buy 8 DR P 2L = $8
-$4 PQ ( pre-game savings adv buyer flyer for $2/3 x2 ) $2X2= $4, not $6
-$4 ( MQ tearpad $1/2 X4 )
-$1 Flip
= $9 or $1 MM

Buy 9 DR P 2L= $9
- $6 ( pre game savings adv buyer flyer for $2/3 X3 )
- $4 ( MQ tearpad $1/2 X 4 )
No flip used since publix q's cover all 9
= $10 or $1 MM

You may, but only if you have enough bottles since you can't stack them.
As in one of the scenarios below, if you bought 8 bottles, you could use (2) $2/3 Publix store coupons and (1) $1/2 Flip. These are all store coupons.
Then you can use mfrs in addition according to your stores policy.

duh! thanks, truffles!! I know better than to trust my own math most of the time. Oh well, a MM is still a MM in my book! i managed to do this deal once today for 8 bottles, and will be going back for many more. Between the free DP and Sorrento cheese, my hubby and boys are going to be very happy for the next few weeks!
