For those whose Publix take competitors coupons update

I used this Q with no problem.
I asked at 2 different publix (didn't have the Q with me the first time)
and there was absolutely no hesitation. At the one publix, Home Depot is just down the road. The managers said "absolutely" they are for Glad trash bags and we certainly sell those.
I think the Q might expire today, already deleted the e-mail it came from, but Glad trash bags are on sale this week and I got a box for .67
So if you have a good relationship with them, go ahead and ask!

My publix in spartanburg use to take cvs,wags but stopped a couple of months ago and they say that there is a $5/25 printable from save-a-lot website I can print that they will take but I have never found it.Anyone ever use those??

In my area, the Entertainment Book has $5/$25 coupons for save a lot. I was in a publix the other day, and that exact question was being raised while I walked in by a customer to a cashier who then shouted across the store (very audibly) to someone who was playing manager. The answer was affirmative (with a nod, not a shout back).

Granted, that wasn't a printable, but keep your eyes peeled for those.

3 publixes within my area- SF- Sunrise are and all of them very unfrienldy to coupones....
It looks like we are trying to steal from them when we are using coupons. They are not taking Target superstore's coupons. Each time when I want to use coupons I am receiving that look and face grimaces. All coupons have been matched twice-one time for cashire and second one by their supervisor.
Ohh well, they don't have real competitors here, so they are doing hard on us.

My Publix is usually pretty good, will take Target I asked yesterday if they will take Dolalr General Market Coupons, which is less then 5 min away and is a grocerie store, and they said No, i asked since it is a Supermarket why they wouldn't accept it, they wouldn't give me an answer just that this is not one of the stores we will accept cp's from.. I was a bit sad, cause Dollar General Market had been giving out $5/20 :-( soo wanted to use it at Publix
