Go Green For Summer Publix/Frito Lay Sweeps ends 8/8/09

Found this little non-descript tearpad on an endcap near the health and beauty (?!) aisle at my local Publix. Its for a Frito-Lay/Publix Sweepstakes called “Go Green For Summer” that can only be entered once per person/telephone number by calling 1-800-969-0156. It runs from July 6 – August 8th.

They are giving away 4 Grand Prizes – 2009 Hybrid Lexus RX 400h ($44,000 retail) and 1,000 First Prizes – $100 Publix Gift Card.

If you call in, the official rules say per person. This form is not the complete official rules so its just one entry. It doesn't say per household though, so maybe you could have another person in your family call from another phone # and enter.
