Is this right??? Publix policy???
I was just wondering about this situation: yesterday I went grocery shopping and after paying I noticed the Band-Aid was not the price on the shelf; so I went to the customer service and they varified that I was correct and it rang up the wrong price. I bought three of this particular product and I thought the corporate policy was if any item was rang up wrong then the customer gets it free. The manager gave one free and the others my manufacture coupon was taken off and he gave me the difference ......but he kept all three coupons. Is this right?

The policy is that you get the first one free and the others at the correct price. If you have coupons they would be taken off of the adjusted items. Under those circumstances, he should keep the coupons. HTH

That is correct policy. Any store I've seen that had a get it free policy, only the first item is free and the rest refunded to the sign price.
