One of mine was returned also. Apparently the P. O. Box was closed early. I found this customer service number on another board: 1-800-962-1413. The rep told me to resend my entire envelope showing the postmark date to:

Here is what the status of my rebate is. What the heck, $2.92? It is a $10 rebate. Anyone else check theirs and get this message?

I havesend off beg. of August :-( it won't even show up on the website; I contacted Kellogs and they e-mailed me and told me to wait till November if I haven't rec. it to contact them again:hectic1:, I send my rebate out the same day I took my MIL's rebate to the post office and she got her rebate about a month ago and hers was showing online all along...
