any one have any idea how much the kraft dressing is for or what size is going to be on sale for my supplier just called this after noon and says he has a ton of the coupons for me. Now I just need to find out what size and call my 5* Store and order it for the truck so we can donate it as well.

We have a grand opening at a Publix store much closer!!!! WOOHOO! Any of you guys ever been to a grand opening?

THE grand opening isn't that spectacular, but start looking for the $5 off $30 (or $5 off $25 Qs) that will be mailed to the post office closest. Once they hit, hit every PO and apartment building that has open trash cans for easy $$. I went every night and just bought $30, just to use the Q (instead of one big $150 shopping trip). Qs should be good for the 3 weeks of the grand opening. The specials will be on 4 extra pages (1 extra page wrapped around the regular ad) that ONLY this store will get. Raincheck EVERYTHING that they run out of, as the RC will save the price for a later date (and there may not be Qs out on the item now, but save the RC till you have Qs for the item). I've been to 5 different stores grand openings, just to be able to use the Qs and get RCs (that can be used at any store). I also suggest that you shop with an ad, as new stores can be terrible with signage (not putting them up).

You can then play the coupon fairy the last night the Qs are good, handing them out to anyone that looks like they have $30 in their cart.

One fond memory was 25 cent Sargento (7-8 oz) sliced cheese (provolone, swiss, pepperjack, mozzarella, etc) which was BOGO for $2.50 (our BOGO rings 50% off) with LOTS and LOTS of 50 cent Qs. SIL's freezer was bursting with cheese, as I got rainchecks for 10 every day when they were out of some flavor of cheese that was on sale. I mailed her RCs and Qs for her to buy.

I just went to a Grand Opening in my town town this week and they had a $5/30 on the back of a green booklet in the turnstile so be on the lookout for that one too. I've thrown the booklet out so I don't remember exactly but it was some sort of Publix "introduction" booklet with info about the deli, pharmacy, etc.

I went to a grand openning and they had a getting to know publix game. They gave you a piece of paper with all the departments on it and you have to go around and have the managers of those departments sign the sheet. once you were done you got a coupon out of the basket. I got a $5 off publix purchase. It wasn't 5/30 or 5/50 just 5 off any amout so. I got free meat. I had just stopped in to do a coupon lookout and the publix was not my usual one. I had to spend the $5 in that publix I got a $5 pack of ground meat and was on my way.
