Velveeta Shells coupon question

Hi, I'm a relative Publix newbie and need to know if this is acceptable usage for the Velveeta Shells & Cheese Dinner this week.

I have the Save $1.25 on Publix Ground Beef wyb Velveeta Shells & Cheese Dinner coupon from the Kraft Simply Delicious Booklet.

Can I use that in conjunction with the new Kraft "Redeem at Publix" coupon that is "Save $1.00 on any Velveeta Shells & Cheese or Kraft Deluxe Macaroni & Cheese Dinner"?

They are both Manu Qs, but I'm thinking that the second coupon will attach to the Shells & Cheese, which is the requirement for the second coupon, and the second coupon takes off the $1.25 from the meat, so in my opinion, they both should be allowed.

What do you think?
