Discouraged over the recent loss of this. Might I actually have to walk into a <GASP!> Walmart?

Titusville Knox McCrae shoppers - We're getting a new Publix! Someone at the Knox McCrae store told me that in about 10 months we'll have a new modern Publix store next to the CVS on SR 50! He said we should start seeing the land being cleared soon. Anyone else heard this news?
