Anyone having trouble with the B3G1 Kraft Mac & Chz this week?

I have a friend who was denied the B3G1 Kraft Mac & Chz coupon this week. Our Publix said they do not take "FREE" coupons printed off the internet, but I wouldn't have thought it applied when you had to buy 3.

Anyone else?

I have been told that the policy has been revised. First of all, these aren't even straight frees since they require a purchase. They should be accepting any valid internet IP's, even straight frees up to $5. Try speaking with the CS Manager, perhaps the cashier was misinformed.

Worked fine for me. I always call over a manager if the cashier tells me I can't use a certain coupon. Sometimes they just don't get it. Now if a manager tells me I can't use it, I'd probably just pick a different Publix nearby and try again.

I was just told last week at the store nearest my house that they can't take any printables that give you a free item. And my store is EXTREMELY coupon friendly! I didn't push it because of all the great deals I get without them.

BTW, I see Melbourne in your name. Are you in Melbourne, FL? If so, which store was it? I'm in Palm Bay and I'm curious if it was the same store (Palm Bay Road and Minton).

I used 5 of these last week with no problem- did you ask a manager?

I used 4 with no problem but I also got to go in my fave cashier's line. I told her about the site a long time ago and now she coupons too.

I suspected she got a bad cashier. I'm going in Wednesday with the same coupon and will try again.

Yes, I am in Melbourne. It was the Suntree Publix on Wickham. They are usually great about coupons, but I have noticed huge inconsistencies between cashiers. I have my favorites, so I will try to hit one of them when I go on Wednesday.

I always have great experiences there! The cashier that told me they can't take any printables for free items is actually one of my favorites. She wasn't denying a coupon when she told me, just letting me know that she had been told that they weren't allowed. I've addressed a few questions to the manager in the past and always had a favorable outcome so I'll ask the next time I'm in.
