Publix rule - no coupons with rainchecks??

This is what a manager told me today. True? or was she just making up a rule? I never heard that before... and my cashier who is very very good about coupons (he lines them all up and studies each one, but never gives me any problem) said he never heard it either.

I have redeemed plenty of coupons with rainchecks at Publix and other stores. I'm sorry OP. Sounds like you need to get something in writing from Publix.

Just did this yesterday with the 50% off sara lee. Bought 6 used 6 q's no problems. Sounds like you got the run around.

This sounds like something the Manager came up with on her own. I don't think it correct, that's the first time I've ever heard such a thing. Managers can be misinformed also.
I would email Corporate about it.

Concerning some other posts that have been deleted,
I'd just like to remind everyone that if your Manager is making some sort of special arrangement on the store level that goes against the official Publix policy, please don't post about it here.

I would ask them their policy on coupons. I know my publix has different ones compared to others that i have shopped at in FL when visiting family:)

That's dumb. The reason I get rainchecks is so I can use my coupons, LOL. I've NEVER heard that before.

I've used coupons with both rainchecks I've gotten at Publix.
