Publix - Organic coupon book??

I found a book full of coupons(organic food) at Publix and since it doesn't say anything about it I thought I would ask. Are these coupons MFQ or they can only be used at Publix? Thank you - sorry if anyone else asked this question already!

The coupons contained in the Go Organic booklet are manufacturer's coupons that may be used anywhere.

Definately MFQ and...by the way, I found the exact same book at Kroger. Only Difference is that it has the Kroger logo on the front instead of the Publix :)
