Default Using CVS ECB as Competitor at Publix?

Has anyone tried this? I just printed out my ECB reward for Winter and thought that I might could use as a $ off at Publix? My Publix still accepts drug store competitor coupons. Advise would be appreciated!

This is definitely a YMMV sorta thing. We have one and only one store in town that will take these. Naturally, it is my favorite Publix, bar none!

You can ask your manager to see what coupons they will accept as competitor, and this varies from store to store, and region to region. In general, the WAG and CVS coupons are not accepted as competitor in the Florida market. There are exceptions to this, so it doesn't hurt to ask the management. I just wanted to mention that it isn't common in FL so you don't get your hopes up.

I am in GA and I was told no drugstores at all, especially cvs. I'm fine with that because honestly I don't think they are true competitors.

Mine takes bjs coupons (and most of them are high value so I'm grateful for that!) and kroger.

My Publix has recently stopped taking wags, cvs, riteaid, etc. coupons. They said it has to be from a "grocery store". Made me sad.

This SHOULD be a company-wide thing as the policy is "supermarket competitor coupons" but the reins have been handed to the DMs or SMs if they want to take them. I can tell you that no one in Orlando takes them (or they shouldn't).
