$0.50 Miami Herald early edition Sunday paper found at Publix

On Saturday 3/14 - I purchased the early edition Miami Herald at Publix.
It rang up for $0.50. I looked at the paper and it was marked as $0.50.
This was the first time I have seen this.

I noticed this this weekend as well and originally thought the cashier was ringing it up as the Saturday paper until I saw the price on the paper as well.
