Where do I find the Publix coupon for free tote wyb 2 items?

There is a new coupon out for a free tote in today's SmartSource.

Free tote wyb any 2 General Mills or Betty Crocker products listed: cereal, fruit snacks, baking mixes or frosting, hamburger, tuna, or chicken helper home cooked skillet meals, potatoes, suddenly salad, wanchai ferry or romano's macaroni grill restaurant favorites dinner kits.

Is this available only in FL?
I checked profiles and the ones that have the future freindly book are in FL and I don't think I have seen this book in SC

The insert coupons say it is good in the USA. The other booklet coupons don't mention any state restrictions.
