*wow* they had 24 ct excedrin back & body clearanced at 1.75. they also have a $2 off coup in their green back to school savings book (ends 8/22). i bought 4 for my mom, they wouldn't let me "make" money, but, after a bit of conversing, they did let me use 4 of those coups @ 1.75. so got 4 btles *free* (& they were nice about it)!!

Today I found at my NW Metro Atlanta store (Hickory Flat/Canton) Dimetapp Toddler Decongestant for $1.00 each. My youngest turned 2 today so I can use a decongestant now! Also, the Publix brand Broccoli Cheese Rice boxes were 50 cents.

Okay, so this is not exactly clearance, but still a good price. They have 8 packs of sun maid raisins 2/$3. Use the q from Sunday's paper ($1/2) along with the Publix "Summertime Savings" booklet ($1/2). This brings the price down to 2 for $1. 16 snack boxes of raisins for $1....oh I can do that!

I got a great deal last night! The Shout Wipes were on clearance for 2/$2.19. I used the $2/2 shout Q's from the Publix Booklet and got each box for 9.5 cents!

John Freida RED shampoo & conditioner - $2 each ... used $1 coupons

Pantene Styling Putty (?) - $1 each .. used $1/2 coupon (hoping my son will use this and not think it's too girly ... Pantene isn't THAT much girlier than Bed Head now is it?)

There was also lots of different cold medicines and fiber supplements for various prices. I didn't buy any of it and don't remember all the different brands/prices though.

But I think the BEST find was in the dairy cooler ...

International Delight creamer (BIG bottle) .... ..... $0.25 - Vanilla Toffee Caramel flavor. Don't know if I'll like it (or want to 'use' 40 calories on a cup of coffe ) ... but for that price I bought one for home and one for the office. Heck, even if I don't like it, Hubby will drink almost any kind of flavored creamer ... and my coworkers were delighted to see a 'freebie' in the frige.

Found hamburger helper singles for $1.65 and used the $1/1 coupon. So they were only .65. Not sure if we like it, but will make for a ok lunch at work.

Today found Energizer 4 packs of Lithium AAA batteries for $2/3.99 - had two $1 coupons, making them $.98 per pack.

Also had lots of diapers clearanced - only one pack left of stage 1 publix brand for $6 (84 diapers!) and then huggies size 1 were $15.29 for two packs, $18.99 for two packs of Pampers Cruisers. NOT the *best* ever but I had $1.50/1 q's for the pampers & $1/1 for the Huggies. I got $85 worth of dipes for $30 after it was all done.
