Publix clearance: post your finds here

Today I found Go-gurt yogurt, Cool Cotton Candy/Burstin' Melon Berry flavor, for 75 cents a pack (the other flavors were on sale 2/3.00). Then, I had a coupon for 1.00 off of 2 packs; I paid 50 cents for each of them

Yesterday at my Publix I found Garnier Fruitess(sp?) shampoo for $1.25 and had q's for 1/1. Also four Pledge dusters for $2.00 and had 1/1, then found Pledge with 2/2 peelie and had 2 1/1 coupons. Which all qualified for the buy 5 and get $5.00 off. So after tax, only spent $4.30. Didn't think that was bad.

I scored last night at Publix with my clearance finds. I went to get 7 bottles of the Pert Plus with Botanicals, and I figured I would check the clearance since it was right around the corner. Infusium 3 was $3.99/2, so major overage if you use two of the $3/1 coupons from the P&G. I used 4 coupons for 6 bottles. No overage, but I only had 4 coupons with me and I love the stuff. Tag invisible solid deoderant was $2/2, will be free after the $1/1 coupon in the P&G. Herbal Essence $4/2 only $.50 ea. after the $3/2 coupon from the P&G insert. I know there were other things, but I didn't look cause I didn't have coupons with me. I am going back today to get the deoderant and herbal essence, and I will see what else there is and let you know. Oh yeah and Horton Hears A Whoo L'Oreal cherry shampoo was $2/2, and my boys begged me for it LOL.

I went to a Publix location in downtown Atlanta this afternoon and found the Orthene Ant Killer marked down 50% to $3.50. Not the best deal in the world but great for me since I almost bought some at Ace Hardware at retail price. Of course, you may not discover this at your local Publix...but if you need some keep an eye out for it.

I found Seventh Generation laundry soap on the clearance stand today for $2.99. Works for HE and standard machines. 32 loads.

I used a couple of the $1/1 any Seventh Generation product coupons from the Greenwise mag. to get them for $1.99/ea. (The coupons expire 8/1.)

All I could find yesterday at my store were:
Tons of wine on clearance
Certain flavors of Chef Boyardee marked $1.01 (not exactly a stock up or clearance price IMO)
Nature Valley Cereal marked $3.99 (again not a clearance price IMO)

Chef Boyardee is BOGO this week. Does anyone know if the clearance ones will work for BOGO? The flavor they have marked down (overstuffed italian sausage) is the family's favorite....

Question, when you see frozen items on clearance, obviously they are not on the "clearance" rack. Are they marked with the clearance price? Is it a sticker, shelf marker, what color? Thanks.

At my stores the frozen items don't have a sticker on the item if it's still in the regular cooler. There is usually little white sign with orange lettering underneath that says clearance. One of my stores actually has a smaller sepereate cooler with all the frozen clearance items inside with orange price stickers on it, but most don't have this.
