Publix clearance: post your finds here

Don't know if someone else posted this but my Publix in Peachtree City had Curves cereal and quaker oats natural bars on clearance for 1.75 . I found coupons for 1.00 off on each making them .75 ( check data base ) not sure of dates.

Found Curves Honey Crunch cereal on the clearance shelves at a local Publix today for $0.50. I used the $1/2 General Mills coupon that came in the General Mills insert sheet at the beginning of June and got two boxes for free. That coupon expires tomorrow, but there are several other coupons in the database that could be used to make this free or even get overage.


There were also the Beans & Rice and Yellow Rice varieties of Zatarain's Ready to Serve sides on clearance for $0.25. My family won't eat these, but if suspect that you could use the $1.25/3 coupons from the 6-8-08 RP to get 3 with overage or 5 free.

My Publix had Rite Guard deodorant for 1.40 with .55 cents off peelies right on them! Woo hoo! Picked up a bunch.

The Publix in Hoover had the large (78 loads) bottles of Downy Simple Pleasures in Vanilla&Lavender scent marked down to $4.25. These are regularly $8.50 for that size (I checked the main aisle). There is a blinkie out for 50/1 that does double even though it says "face value only" if your Publix doubles like me. I love the liquid fabric softener better than the sheets because I hang a lot of my better clothes to dry.

Where do you find clearance items in Publix? I have never found much. Unlike Kroger that I always find Manager Special.

However, this week I scored 2/$5 of Nature Own Organic Bread. :)

Most of the clearanced stuff in the stores I've visited in Central Florida is on this rack thing in various parts of the store. It's a 4 sided thing with several shelves, but it's always located in a different spot depending on the store.

I keep seeing lots of different baby formula on clearance--Similac, Isomil, Enfamil. My baby is done with formula, but if he wasn't, I'd be scooping it up!

I can't remember the whole name but it's some organic juice I think, part of the brand name is Eve....anyways, 4 ct juice boxes are $1 and I think I saw $1/2 coupons so $1 for 8 (very small) juice boxes, not sure if this is good or not...

There were also different soups on clearance, their price was still 1.72-2.12 though! I think they were unusual flavors of Chunky Loaded, Healthy Choice and Armour.
