All of the sudden when I am trying to print a Bricks coupon, the website says that I have never printed their coupons before and that I need to install the coupon printer. I have printed with them a bunch of times, but, um, ok, so I install the printer and it still won't print. A box comes up that it has successfully been installed, so I click print, and again it tells me that I need to install the coupon printer. Has anyone had this happen to them before? Anyone know how I fix this?
