All the Christmas merchandise was 50% off in the store I went to (excluding Hallmark). The fancy 2-pk glitter taper candles were at $1.00 each, so free with the coupon from Winter Family Savings booklet. Cheap wrapping paper, toys etc., with the other booklet coupons.

I will be out of town for Christmas but I will still have access to a Publix. I was wondering from the experienced Publix shoppers will they have mark down Christmas stuff the day after Christmas or is it usually a few days later? Thanks this will help me plan my trip.

Ours wasn't all marked down...the napkins, wrapping paper, plates, etc. at the front of our store were still regular price. Ours usually don't go down until the day of or the day after Christmas, as far as I can remember. I'm sure someone else has a better idea, though.

Some toys are 50% as well as all the lights have been marked 50%. I might grab some Christmas lights when I go back Saturday but I don't know what all will be left. I did however notice that they have new toys put out with the half off toys, not sure where they came from but I picked up a few more goodies for next year. :-)

Can you buy the Christmas items with their coupons that had in one of thier holiday booklets. They dont expire until the 12/31. Looks like some cheap stuff

Yes, you can. I posted about it in the clearance thread. The fancy glitter taper candles were $1, free after the $1/1 Publix coupon. The wrapping paper was very cheap using the $1/2 coupon, I think it was regularly $1.99, so about .50 per roll after $1/2 coupon. The toys could be a good deal too.
