If you have a Sweetbay they also discount their meat. Then you can combine it with the wine tags. Also, Winn Dixie is fabulous for meat stock ups. They also marinate for free :)

I didn't see this mentioned--beer rebates for meat in NBPN states are also a great way to pay for meat!

I came up through the meat business, and I assure you that in the end you get what you pay for. There are a LOT of grand openings happening now and in the near future for Publix, and when they do, there are often VERY good meat ads. Boneless Skinless Chicken is on sale next week at Publix for $2.99/LB, which isn't stellar, but the product quality is very good. I have seen prices increase everywhere, and if they haven't, the quality has certainly decreased.
