Can I use the q's at Publix elsewhere?

Last week we were in Orlando, and because of the wonderful people on HCW I knew to pick up a few of the coupon booklets/fliers at Publix.

My question is: besides the ones that are clearly only redeemable at Publix, can I use these coupons elsewhere? We're having triples and some of these q's look pretty promising.

If it says manufacturer on the front and has a bar code, you can use it anywhere. Even if it has "Redeem at Publix" at the bottom.
