Check the expiration dates!!!

I had this happen with the SeaPak shrimp. I called and the manager more than made it up to me for having to come back in and exchange it. Publix is great about that.

I bought children's vitamins there once that were expired........ I brought them back and they gave me my $$ back. No biggie.

I always forget to check the date - yuck! I need to remember!!!!!

I had the same with the SeaPak Shrimp. It was over 3 months expired. They gave me no trouble exchanging it either.

I was told that the SeaPak was a warehouse issue, mine was also very expired, so if you stocked up at that last BOGO you may want to check the expiration dates of what you picked up.

I check the expiration dates on everything I buy. It is time-consuming but is worth it. A few years ago I had bought some things at Kroger and realized it the next day when I was getting ready to cook. They were all expired, like 5 things. I figured they would take it back. No not without a receipt they said. So I had to "eat" the cost of the food without getting to eat it. lol I was mad so from then on I check dates on everything I buy. It is a pain but I haven't got any bad food anymore. One time I bought some Kroger brand vitamins and they made my daughter sick so I tried to bring them back, and they wouldn't let me. They said they have to know I got it from Kroger, lol I bought the KROGER brand hello! They weren't outdated but yuck.

I have run it to this Twice so far (that I know of) Once on Hot dogs and once on Coffee creamer. The hot dogs where no problem. The creamer I had family down didn't have time to return it and didn't want anyone to use it so I eat that.

well I took the frosting back Friday.I told them I just wanted to exchange it and the lady said that would be too much trouble and gave me back $2.04! I had already been paid a few cents to take it out of the store on Monday.
