In my store the little book was up front with the sale papers and other ads. Has receipes and the back page has the offer.

I will pass on the info that was told to me by a manager at one of my stores--not stating is as fact just as a possibility why you may not find these books...

When I asked about these the other day--my manager friend told me that the stores have the option which display to order and he chose the smaller one due to size---He remembered the coupon book was available but not for the size display that he chose...we just got the recipe books.

I was out and about and stopped by a store that is not in my neck of the woods and saw this massive pep farm/campbells display and sure enough--there were the books.

Based on Larry's info--If your store has the huge display then the $15 in Savings books came as part of that display. The display is really big I would estimate 10-15 ft in length. It had a slot to hold the coupon book as well as a slot for the recipe book.

The recipe books and the savings books look very similar--with the obvious difference of the coupons/GC offer on the back cover...

Yes I found this in the store, actually in a aisle display. Very small. Technically it is a recipe book that has coupons on the back.

My store did not have the aisle display. The booklets were in the front of the store where all the other weekly sale ads are displayed.

In my store they were in a tiny little box on an endcap with campbell's. If you didn't know what to look for you would miss them. They were tucked in there on the shelf. My store doesn't have a large display.

My store hasn't even put them out! But I discovered them at the back corner of the customer service counter and finally helped myself after they had been sitting there for a week!

I haven't seen these in my area yet, but DH found them in the turnstyle at a Publix near his office.
