I'm so sad. Someone told me their store was going to have the reusable shopping bags as the penny item. It was soda here, though.

i was given choice of 12 pk DIET soda or publix frosted flakes... Nashville, TN

One publix it was soda. The other it was publix dressing. Weird. The second store was not out of stock on the soda.

I'm right outside of Nashville an we had the *^*%% publix bags. I was so hoping for soda. Needless to say I didn't buy a thing just took my free script and went home!

The penny item 8/03 in the Nashville, Tennessee, area is the cloth, reusable shopping bags. I haven't been out to the Birmingham, Alabama, stores yet.
