In NE AL it was the Publix Glass Cleaner again. On the receipt it showed the penny item as TP, though. I like the glass cleaner, but I have enough of it now. Maybe tomorrow I will go back and see if the TP shows up since I have an extra penny item coupon from the store flyer.

Something we haven't seen in a while this week: For June 15 & 16, the penny item is a 16 oz. bag of Publix brand Ginger Snap cookies.

6/15 & 6/16 2008: Penny Item is Publix ginger snaps (in the cookies aisle, not bakery). Some stores are allowing other flavors too. YMMV.

In the 6/15 Atlanta newspaper, the Mystery Coupon is in the "usual" place: on the front of a 4–page cover — "Stock Up and Save" (this week's BOGO deals) — wrapped over the current 12–page sale flyer.

If your Mystery Coupon is in a different place in your newspaper, please tell us (but it's looking like everyone who has the MC deal has the same type of flyer).

qtkleee151 (and others in FL) — Publix corporate has made positive comments about expanding this into FL, but no definite commitment. Next time you're in your store, find the manager and say you'd like to see this deal that your friends up north are enjoying. You can also e-mail or call or write their Consumer Relations department.

june 15 2008 this week penny item is granola bars but when pulix runs out it's whatever they have enough on hand . they ran out of granlola bars so they did capri sun drink boxes@ baker rd store.

I got Publix brand windex at one store and a can of progresso soup at the other.

At least they're things we'll use (no excuse now not to clean all these windows) ...
