As always, YMMV. Look for the "Mystery Coupon" sign or display at your store, or ask any employee.

There is no Mystery coupon in the 4-page overwrap flyer (wrapped around a copy of this week's 12–page flyer/insert)

In the 10/4 Atlanta newspaper, the Mystery Coupon is on the cover of an 8-page flyer highlighting Publix brand items (picture of Publix "stringcheese" on the front). These flyers may have been available in the carousels at some stores earlier in the week.

My mom went around 10 and got the peanut butter, I just got back and they were letting you pick from 4 shopping carts full of halloween candy, any bag you'd like.
