When does your weekly Publix ad/sale run?

I've been wondering about this for awhile, and Pennywatcher's BOGO poll prodded me to finally ask.

Does your Publix sale week fun from Wednesday to Tuesday, or Thursday through Wednesday?

I'm curious if the majority of stores are one way, or if every state has stores with both sale cycles.

Special note for Georgia, Atlanta metro area:

The counties immediately surrounding Atlanta run Thurs—Wed:

Cherokee, Clayton, Cobb, DeKalb, Douglas, Fayette, Forsyth, Fulton, Greene, Gwinnett, Hall, Henry, Jackson, Paulding, and Walton, plus "The Vinyards" Publix location.

The GA counties just outside the metro Atlanta area get the same weekly insert, but their sales run Wed—Tues:

Bartow, Carroll, Clarke, Coweta, Newton, Oconee, and Rockdale, plus the "Winder Corners" and "Barrow Crossing" Publix locations.

If you're in either of these two groups, please select the choice "GA: In greater metro Atlanta area...".

Bonus question: Do you like the way your store is, or would you prefer that it have a different sales cycle? Why?

I live in between Douglasville (metro schedule) and Carrollton (Wed -Tues cycle) SO--I can do either

I am thursday to wednesday in Orlando. I love our sale run because I will shop on mainly wednesday the last day of the sale. It works best in my schedual plus I get to know what will be on sale the next week.

I have often wondered this myself.
I am in Volusia County FL (East Central FL) and we are Thurs to Wed.

Bonus question: Do you like the way your store is, or would you prefer that it have a different sales cycle? Why?

I have no preference, but an observation...
Pros: You can see the competitors (Winn Dixie, Food Lion,Target etc) sales before heading to shop at Publix.
Cons: For the same reasons you are restricted by the other store's cycles when utilizing competitors coupons.

BTW, from visiting the keys, I found that the sale at the stores in Marathon, Key West, and Key Largo starts on Thursday.

The bottom of those stores' sales flyer lists the applicable stores as "Miami-Dade, Broward, Palm Beach, Martin, St. Lucie, Indian River, Okeechobee and Monroe Counties." For non-Floridians (like me), that's the entire southeastern seaboard from Sebastian & Fellsmere south to Key West, plus one county inland — Okeechobee.
