| Publix price policy?? Does Publix have a price policy?? I went saturday to my fav publix and saw that my fav baby food ( earth best) was B1G1 ( well I knew that already, but..) and it was for $.89 a jar so I bought ten more ( I already had bought 10 the day bef. not realizing the price and only brought one cp.. ) since I bought some the day bef. I knew they rang up for $1.09, I asked CS to price check she said $1.09 I argued with her that the signs back there state ALL of them not just one sign even a BIG sign with B1G1 save $.89 20 min later 3 people and 2 managers later they agred and let me have them for $.89 B1G1; but told me they will change right now to $1.09... okay no biggi, went to another store today, same thing they all are $.89, this time I had 2 Cp's and bought 20 ( heck $.34 for organic baby food..) again 20 min discussion with a bunch of people and manager and that store was so rude telling me "well their stock people screwed up blablabla, but in the end gave me the jars for $.89 B1G1, the same night I had to go back to my fav publix to get something and walked by the baby food and yup still marked $.89 ( they never changed it), so I grabed another 20, ran to CS took even 2 signs with me and again a long argumet and 20 min later it was okay that I can take them for .89 B1G1, this is rediculess... why are they making such a big fuzz if it is cearly marked that price...?? Do they have a policy or something like walmart if they ring up wrong it's free etc?? I wasn't given anything but the run around and then finally the price was adjusted but each time I was told "only this one time we will do it..".. well then change your sign......!!!!!!!!:frown:
So long story short.. whats the deal.. and oh yea if you need Baby food and like earth best check your store they might be $.89 instead of the $1.09 in the add...lol... a deal I think for that price...

| Re: Publix price policy?? Go in and buy ONE. By their policy, that one should be free.
Then tomorrow, if they STILL haven't changed their sign do it again.
Eventually they'll change the sign.

-Mike | I did that for about a month on some organic cheese that rang up incorrectly each time I was in there. You would think that they would make a note of what rang up incorrectly and go fix it, but they never seem to (note: this week it's an advantage buy so there's a new tag on it anyway -- oh well, it was a good run while it lasted... )
And Thursday, one of the signs for the baby wipes on sale was still up, so I grabbed some and ended up getting them free.
So far I've had good luck with CS just giving me my money back!
