I kept getting the bakery's Tiramisu free. Every time I went in there, once to twice a week for a good month. The bakery kept marking it $5.19 and it rings up $5.49. I think I finally figured out the problem. When it rings up wrong, most cashiers just void it off your receipt. Finally the very last time I got it free, the cashier voided it off and then rang it up 0 and for the reason (instead of raincheck or whatever), put in Publix promise so then 2 days later, the price was changed.

Too bad, my fiance loved free dessert!

Happened to me too with Beechnut baby food. First day of Advantage sale 3/$1 and they all rang up at regular price, I had bought 60! Needless to say they huffed and puffed about voiding my order, giving my one free, and rescanning everything. And on top of that I had coupons both manu and Publix and their was a fit about that too. Needless to say I now shop at another Publix to avoid the problem.
