as a follow-up to my 1st post....i've continued to use IPs, in that same store, every time i've shopped there, since...with no probs go figure

I have found the best way to use the coupons you have (and of course we all know they are legit) is to get in with the store manager, not the clueless customer service manger, but the store manager him/herself. I had a most unpleasant experience with an idiot customer service manager, but the store manager rectified the situation and I've had nothing but pleasant shopping experiences since. I've also found that the Publix coupon policy varies from store to store so it's best to get in with the store manager at the store where you regularly shop.

I politely told him that I had cash with me and if he would like to ring up all of them seperately that it wouldn't be a problem. That got a chuckle!
