I picked up the Toss for Cash booklets in the Carrollton store a while back. They were in a cardboard display stand just inside the entrance. I think they were still there at lunch time today, but I'm not 100% positive. The Pyramid books are in the plastic rotating shelves in the entrance area.

I wonder if Maxwell House 'bricks' might be BOGO or at least on sale. I don't see them in the listing (yet) but they were piled in a bin at the front of our store at lunch time today ... right beside the Quaker Oats which are on the upcoming sale. Our sale starts on Wednesday, so they usually start moving things around on Tuesday but don't put the signs up yet.
