Birmingham, AL Publix...anyone?

Quick question- I stopped by the McCalla store today since our ad starts today and they were still in the process of putting up signage... I flipped through the weekly ad (maybe I received a shortened version or something) and didn't find the Peter Pan Peanut Butter- anyone have any verdict on this- B1G1 or not?? Thanks!!

Hope it's on sale! I didn't see it in the flyer either.

I'm in Huntsville. There was no sign, but when I had the Peter Pan price checked it was $1.08. Love that there is no sign, as very few folks know about it (and thus, there is still some on the shelf).

Found that it is indeed B1G1 (had someone scan it to confirm). At the McCalla/Bessemer (Exit 1) store it's B1G1 $2.49... Anyone seen any sign of the Storm Savers or what-not booklet? You know, the ConAgra booklet? Last time there was a booklet released, I was offered the opportunity to request a number of them through iheartpublix in advance, but I never got an offer this time and I've tried a few Publix locations between Exit 1 & Galleria exit with no luck... Anybody in the B'ham area have any luck??

Sorry this is a FYI. I know this is the Publix forum for the bham area. Since we are from the area i just wanted to post about Food Giant here because not everyone gets a foodgiant flyer in their area. Food Giant now doubles up to 1.00 on Mondays only it use to be up to .99 They now take manufacturer internet qpons manufacturer qpons from other stores no drug stores included. I talked with the hueytown store since that is the one i go to most mondays. You can only use 3 of the same qpons per transaction but i was told that that does not prevent you from leaving the store and getting back in line to finish up your order. i have shopped at all of the food giants they are all very qpon friendly. their website is myfoodgiant.com as i said i do not know where to put this just wanted it to be put out here somewhere.
