Question about Target Coupons used at Publix

I just found out that one of the three Publix's near me does take Target Coupons as competitors coupons.
For those of you who have Publix's like this one and your store doubles coupons - do they double Target's as well ?

lol - I can't believe what I started - hehe.

YMMV - BUT all the stores I have been to have doubled competitors coupons 50 cents and under - UNLESS they say do not double.

NOW - you have to watch the screen when they are scanned/input - one store knew what to do, entered it as 50cent and the computer doubled automatically --- but one store didn't enter it right and had to manual double it. So be aware.

My store takes competitors coupons, like targets. They have always doubled manufactured ones, but never competitors. Is this up to the manager?

The Publix here in NE AL take Target IP (Target generator) coupons for face value only.

My experience is that if they do the proper key sequence to enter it as a competitor coupon, it does not double. If the cashier mistakenly enters it as a manufacturer coupon, the register doubles it.

Boy this is news to me that some Publix stores accept Target coupons. Since the closest Target to me is probably some 30 miles away, I'm going to check my Publix store here in Jupiter Farms, Jupiter, FL to see what their policy is. Does anyone have input as to where I can obtain an electronic copy of Publix, Winn Dixie, CVS and Walmart, and Walgreen's coupon policies? dywfl6
